Role overview
Lead the floor team at one of our flagship Punjab outlets, managing service, consistency, and the Chai Churi experience end-to-end.
What you'll do
- Oversee daily operations of the cafe floor including opening/closing procedures, team scheduling, and stock management.
- Train new team members in service standards, product knowledge, and Chai Churi brand values.
- Ensure consistent quality of chai preparation, churi service, and snack presentation.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with warmth and professionalism.
- Work closely with the outlet manager to hit daily targets and maintain hygiene standards.
