What you'll do
- Welcome guests warmly, answer basic queries, and direct customers or visitors to the right team member.
- Manage phone calls, walk-in enquiries, appointment notes, and front-desk coordination during operating hours.
- Support daily admin tasks such as enquiry tracking, basic reporting, and coordination with operations staff.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and brand-aligned reception area.
- Communicate professionally with customers, candidates, vendors, and internal teams.
