What you'll do
- Prepare chai, cafe drinks, and snack orders consistently according to Chai Churi standards.
- Welcome guests with warmth, explain menu items, and keep service moving during busy periods.
- Maintain a clean bar, equipment station, and guest-facing cafe area throughout the shift.
- Follow food safety, cash handling, and opening or closing procedures.
- Work closely with the store team to create a dependable, friendly guest experience.
